About the Performance Specialist

With 11 years of experience as a physical therapist, human movement and athletic performance, she brings a rare mix of high-level training expertise and deep understanding of the tennis athlete. Former Pilates instructor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, she is a APTA board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and specializes in injury prevention and performance optimization.

A lifelong tennis player who competed at the club level at a Division I school, plays USTA, and even met her husband of 10+ years on the court, she understands the sport from the inside out and what it takes to stay in the game for decades.
