I’m Carolyn, a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with over a decade of experience in oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema management, and physical therapy. I earned my doctorate at NYU and have trained at world-class institutions including New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell, Massachusetts General Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Northwell Health.

I founded CB Physical Therapy to provide the kind of care I believe patients deserve: one-on-one, personalized, and rooted in both evidence and compassion. My work supports people recovering from breast cancer, managing chronic lymphedema, healing after surgery, and navigating orthopedic pain — helping each patient move forward with confidence.

After giving birth to my son, I developed a special passion for supporting breastfeeding mothers. Having faced clogged ducts and painful inflammation myself, I realized how little support exists for breast health beyond lactation consultants. I now bring that perspective into my practice, offering treatment that eases pain, restores comfort, and empowers women through their postpartum journey.

In addition to my private practice, I continue to work part-time in hospital based care, where I lead growth and advocacy for the oncology rehabilitation. My research has been presented at national conferences, including the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), where I shared findings on the optimal timing of physical therapy in breast cancer treatment.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy sitting in the grass with my son and playing tennis with my husband. Both of which remind me of the importance of movement, joy, and balance in everyday life.
